In the golden autumn of 2024—a season of abundant harvests—Fermi, under the leadership of the company's senior management, along with the supervisors of the two factories, production technology department, quality control department, warehouse management, and other relevant departments, conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the production processes for all products within the factory. The goal was to ensure that no workstation, production action, or detail was overlooked, striving to optimize every aspect of the production process.

During this period, supervisors from both factories conducted thorough on-site inspections, shared experiences and knowledge with employees, and held summary meetings to discuss findings. Over the three-month activity from July to September, many previously overlooked detailed errors were corrected, and a consensus was reached on key processes The operation manuals for all products and management processes were thoroughly updated.
