Zirconia flap disc is ideal for daily use with different workpieces and materials, high stock removal rates even with low contact pressure, due to continual self-sharpening effect results in long-lasting high grinding capacity thanks to constant recreation of sharp grain points, it will cut faster and more consistently for a longer duration of time than aluminum oxide alternatives. The zirconia grains can last 2-3 times longer than aluminum oxide grains on belts when being used for heavy-duty, aggressive applications.
